Terms & License
24 Hour Turnaround Time
You will have receive by email a download link for your photos and a link to your virtual tours within 24 hours of your shoot GUARANTEED. Measurements, floorplans, 3D floorplans, real estate videos, print materials, YouTube Videos, Matterport 3D and custom website delivery times may vary – please consult your visual professional at the time of shooting.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Because your time is important we promise to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not hear from you and our real estate photographer gets there and finds out that we need to cancel – a cancellation fee of $125 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.
Photoshop Work Included
All packages include professional colour correction and a series of lens corrections to ensure that your photos look their best. However this does not include removal of holes in walls, addition of furniture or any other work to alter what was actually there, but if you need it we can provide it.
Payment
Payment will be due upon delivery. Monthly billing is available for clients in good standing. All monthly billed invoices must be paid by ETF, Interact E-Transfer or by cheque. 2% interest will be automatically charged on past due invoices.
Usage License
For all photography taken of an individual’s personal property – like a home for sale on MLS – the listing Realtor® will be given ownership of all photos of that home. In the case of condominiums, row town homes or other stratified parcels – Edmonton Photos will retail ownership of all exterior, amenity and common area photos and you will be granted a standard non transferrable license to use it for all your listing and marketing purposes for that property. All other photography and videography products listed on this page come with one non-transferable license which allows you use the photography, videography and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing a residential property for rent or sale.
The term of each license, whereby the property is, or will be listed for sale with a professional real estate agent, will be for the term of the corresponding listing agreement. If the listing agreement expires or is cancelled, so shall the usage license. In the event that a new listing agreement is entered by the same real estate agent and same property owner, the usage license term shall also be automatically renewed.
The term of the license, whereby the property is, for sale by owner, or will be listed for rent by the owner or their agent, will be for 99 years, or until the ownership of the property changes.
Otherwise, all photography and videography remains the intellectual property of Edmonton Photos and its associated trade name partners.
Licenses are not transferable in any form.
OUT OF TOWN Fees
We do provide our services outside of the Edmonton city limits as well, but we charge extra for travel, out of respect for our team member’s time.
